祛湿消痛流浸膏的制备工艺研究

Studies on the Preparation Processes of Qushixiaotong Fluid Extract By Orthogonal Design

祛湿消痛流浸膏系制备祛湿消痛搽挤的主要原料 ,原方由生草乌 ,生川乌 ,乳香 ,没药等组成 ,具有驱风除湿 ,舒筋活络 ,镇痛等作用 ,且作用迅速。目的 :考察筛选渗漉法制备祛湿消痛流浸膏最佳制备工艺 ;方法 :采用正交试验设计 ,以乌头碱计的总生物碱量为指标 ,紫外分光光度法测定 ;结果 :以A1 B2 C3D3为最佳组合 ,即 70 %乙醇 8倍量 ,浸泡 2 4小时 ,滴速 5ml/min ;结论 :采用以上组合可得总碱提取率较高的流浸膏。预试验显示降低醇浓度易溶出较多水溶性杂质 ,出膏率较过大 ,对制剂成品的外观性状与稳定性 (澄明度 )有较大影响 ,不宜再降低醇浓度。

Objictive:To optimize the preparation processes condition of Qushixiaotong fluid extract by percolation.Methods:Orthogonal design was used according to the contents of total alkaloids which was measured with aconitum by the UV spectrophotography.Result:The optimum processes condition of alcohol extraction was A-1B-2C-2D-3,that was 70% alcohol which was 8 times the amount of medicinal materials,soaked for 24h,and the dropping speed of percolation is 5ml/min.Conclution:The comtents of total alkaloids of the Qushixiaotong fluid extract was higher with the preparation processes condition mentioned above.
