摘要
目的 :观察竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法 :选择 83例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组 ,分别给予竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号和复方青黛胶囊 ,观察其临床疗效 ,PASI积分 ,并对血液流变学指标进行检测。结果 :两组总有效率分别为 92 .3 1%、77.42 % ,经统计学检验 ,具有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 ) ;竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号能明显降低PASI积分和改善银屑病患者的血液流变学指标 ,且优于复方青黛胶囊 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号治疗寻常型银屑病疗效满意 ,具有进一步开发应用前景。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Zhuhuang Granule No.2(ZHG2) in treating psoriasis vulgaris and on hemorheology.Methods:Eighty - three cases were divided randomly into two groups,the treated group with ZHG2 and the control group with composite indigo capsule,and the clinical effect and the scores of PASI were evaluated.Meanwhile,the change of hemorheology was measured.Results:The total effective rate in the treated group and the control group was 92.31% and 77.42% respectively with significant difference (P<0.05).ZHG2 showed a significant effect in reducing the scores of PASI,improving hemorheology as well as comparing with composite indigo capsule(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of ZHG2 in treating psoriasis vulgaris is satisfactory,and worthwhile for further study.
