阴阳是中国古代哲学思想的核心 ,古人用它来解释各种自然现象 ,古代中医学家把它合理的部分广泛地引入到医学中来 ,把它作为中医的理论骨架 ,来解释人体的组织结构、生理功能、病理变化、疾病的诊断和治疗等 ,这种理论框架一直在左右中医理论的发展 ,《伤寒论》以六经作为辨证论治的纲领 ,三阳病多属阳证、热证、实症 ,三阴病多属阴证、寒证、虚证。就表里而言 ,一般太阳属表 ,其余各经病变属里 ,但表里是相对的。故对阴阳学说的阴阳数理量化 ,三阴三阳的数理量化有助于对阴阳学说的理解和认识 ,并能客观的指导临床辨证用药。
