摘要
本文提出了评价区域经济发展对生态环境压力的一种定量方法 :生态环境压力指数法。该方法设计了一个 0~ 10 0尺度的生态环境压力指数 (ESI)作为量度区域经济发展对生态环境的压力的大小。生态环境压力指数 (ESI)由资源能源消耗分指数 (RECI)和环境污染分指数 (EPI)来计算。根据ESI数值和RECI与EPI的关系 ,可以判断生态环境压力的变化和主要来源。该方法被成功地应用于评价中国工业经济发展对生态环境压力的现状和长期趋势。结果表明 ,该方法具有较强的综合性 ,较高的可靠性 ,较好的直观性 ,同时原理简单 ,计算简便 。
A quantitative method, Eco-environmental Stress Index (ESI) method,was proposed in this paper to assess the economic development stress status and trends of ecological environment. A numerical index ESI, a synthetic index in a scale of 0 to 100, was developed, which can be calculated from two sub-index, RECI (Resource-Energy Consumption Index) and EPI (Environmental Pollution Index). The changes of eco-environmental stress and their sources can be identified from the ESI values and the relationships between RECI and EPI. This method was successfully applied to the assessment of Chinese industrial economic development stress status and trends of ecological environment. The conclusions could be draw that the ESI method, with the advantages of more comprehensive, more reliable, more intuitionistic results as well as uncomplicated principle and handy calculation, seems to deserve wide use in assessing the economic development stress status and trends of eco-environment.
