摘要 本文用定向凝固技术成功地研制出共晶Bi/MnBi磁性功能复合材料。通过对凝固工艺参数的控制,制备了不同组织与性能的Bi/MnBi材料,分析研究了该材料组织与性能的变化规律。 Eutectic Bi/MnBi composites have been directionally solidified. The expected structure has been obtained that the intermotallic compound MnBi rods with the properties of hard magnetic distributed homogeneously in the bismuth matrix. The microstructure of Bi/MnBi composites was studies under different solidification conditions. The relation between growth velocity R and fiber spacing λ was carefully discussed. The results indicated that eutectic Bi/MnBi composites followed the theoretically predicted λ~2R = constant relationship when R = 5.6~97.2μm/s. For given growth velocities, GL does not influ- ence λ. Magnetic properties of Bi/MnBi composites were measured. The results showed that magnetic properties were decrease with increasing growth velocity R, and increase with increasing temperature gradient Gl.
