Relationship Between Preparation, Phase Constituents and Gas Sensing Properties of ZnO-SnO_2 Complex Oxide

摘要 ZnO-SnO_2复合氧化物粉料是采用化学共沉淀和固相反应相结合的方法合成的,用XRD和XRF等手段研究了Zn/Sn摩尔比及烧结温度对物相组成的影响。有目的地合成一系列不同相组成的粉料,并探讨与材料电导及气敏性能之间的关系。 Zno-SnO_2 complex oxide powders have been prepared by coprecipitation and solid state reaction methods. Effects of zinc to tin molar ratioes and calcination temperature on phase constituents have been studied by means of XRD and XRF. Relationship between phase constituents, conductance and gas sensing properties of gas sensors has been investigated.
