摘要
研制了以HA为基、以Spinel为强化相的生物陶瓷复合材料,考察了第二相含量、制取工艺参数等因素对该复合材料力学性能的影响。分析了材料中颗粒之间的结合状态以及材料的断裂性质。Spinel对HA材料有明显的增强、增韧效应。设计、制备了承受力较大的骨桥体,动物植入试验结果证明该复合材料在3~4个月内便能与生物组织构成完整的骨性结合。
The bioceramic composite material HA enhanced by Spinel has been prepared. The influences of the amount of the second phase and proceeding on mechanical properties of the composite have been investigated. There are natually strengthening and toughening effects by adding spinel particle into HA materical . The auther, also researched the combining behavior between HA and spinel particles by X-ray and SEM , analysised the fracture nature of the materical, designed and fabricated prothesis which could bear heaver load. Animal (dogs) implanting test showed that the composite material can form the skelenten combine with biologic hard tissure in 3~4 monthes.
