摘要
进入 2 1世纪 ,创新管理的内容与方式日益复杂化 ,逐渐形成以全面创新为特征的管理模式。本文考察了全面创新管理发展的理论依据与实践根据 ,初步建立了全面创新管理的理论模式 ,以期进一步完善适应新形势要求的创新管理理论 ,为企业实践全面创新管理 ,有效增强企业创新能力构建一个分析与运作的初步框架。
In 21st century, the content and mode of innovation management are more and more complex, and gradually shape the managerial model of total innovation. Based on the development of total innovation management theory and practice, this article studies of theoretical model of total innovation management to further rich innovation management theory and direct enterprise's innovation practice more effectively.
