摘要
本文通过分析 ,指出了外资在华竞争方式演变的趋势 ,即从联盟竞争为主向独资竞争为主转变。对于外资在华“独资化”倾向加强的现象 ,本文运用企业垄断优势理论、资源观理论和交易成本理论从理论上进行了解释 ,同时具体指出了几个影响外资在我国竞争方式演变的实际变量。
This article points out the trend of foreign capital's competition style evolving which from alliance to exclusive investment by analyzing. Besides, this article also explains the reasons why foreign capital adopts exclusive investment in stead of alliance by firm monopolization advantage theory, resource-based perspective and transaction cost theory, at the same time we point out the several variables which affect the foreign capital's competition style evolving in China.
