Combined Application of Metal Catalysis and Bio-Catalysis in Enantiomer Resolution Process

摘要 随着对单一对映体化合物需求的日益增长 ,外消旋体向单一对映体的转化 (去外消旋化过程 )成为研究的主要方面之一 ,最近在去外消旋化过程中的生物催化和金属催化的联合作用被证明是非常有效的。 Since there is a great increase of demand of enantiopure compounds, the transformation of recemate into single stereoisomer is one of the most important area of research. The recent development of the combined application of enzyme and metal catalysis has been proved an effective deracemized process. Dynamic kinetic resolution and cyclic deracemization processes have been shown particular promotion in this area.
