摘要
用化学镀的方法得到Ni-P -S电极 ,研究镀液中添加不同硫脲量对电极析氢活性的影响 ,电极在碱性溶液中具有较高的析氢活性 ,通过稳态极化曲线测量 ,得到在 1mol/LNaOH溶液中不同实验条件下电极的析氢反应动力学参数。
The Ni-P-S electrodes are prepared by chemical plating method. The influence of addition of different amounts of thiourea into plating solution on activities of hydrogen deposition on Ni-P-S electrode are researched. It is found out that, higher activity of hydrogen deposition is obtained in alkaline solution. The kinetics parameters of hydrogen deposition at Ni-P-S electrode are obtained through different experimental conditions in 1 mol/L NaOH solution by mean of steady polarization.
