摘要
介绍了模具CAD技术的发展状况,简介了精密剪切模具及其理论依据,针对精密剪切模具CAD软件系统的开发技术及开发难点,论述了整个系统的开发过程,即合理地运用ANSYS进行结构优化分析,利用数据库技术实现优化结果存储,利用UG二次开发技术完成模具的自动绘制与装配.
The development situation of technique of mould CAD is introduced,and the precise shearing mould and its theoretical basis are also introduced briefly.Aimed at the developing technique of CAD software system for precise shearing mould and,especially,the challenging problems with it,the developing process of overall system is discussed,including reasonable application of ANSYS to analyze the configurational optimization,application of database technique to implement the storage of optimized results,and application of UG secondary development technique to complete automatic drawing and assembling of the moulds.
