变频无级调速升降对开大幕机械装置的设计与研究 被引量:4

摘要 为满足舞台艺术对设备的要求,对舞台大幕机械装置开闭运行的合理最高速度进行了论证.从机构惯性力角度说明制约速度提高的主要因素及其影响,导出了对开机构效率的基本公式,对曳引式升降机构进行了分析论证并给出了经验公式.在分析研究的基础上设计了新型结构的变频无级调速升降对开大幕机械装置,并对设备进行了试验,证明结果与论证相吻合.  To meet the requirement of matching the stage equipments for stage art,the maximum rational operation speed of stage equipments for opening and closing house curtain is discussed,main factors of restraint upon this speed and their effects are explained on the basis of considering the mechanism's inertia,and a formula for evaluating efficiency of bisecting drive system is also derived.The pull-type elevating mechanism is analyzed and discussed,and an empirical formula for its designing is given.On the basis of (above-men-tioned) analysis and investigation,a new elevating equipment of bisected house curtain with stepless speed regulation of frequency conversion is designed and tested,proving that the experimental result meets that from the discussion presented.
