摘要 数控系统日益密集的集成化软硬件设计,可能引发整体运行资源的消耗过度和功能与接口的无序扩展.为此,采用适当的分布式设计结构和分散型节点控制策略,向层次化系统结构中引入多维特征和浮动标示算法、独立性和智能级别的动态指派、统一格式信息交互模型和面向任务的节点驱动机制等设计思想,建立了基于开放结构数控系统的分布式智能协作体系的基本框架,从技术原理上提出了协调数控系统集成性和复杂性的有效方法. Excess resource consumption and chaotic expansion in functions and interfaces are two problems caused by more and more integrated computer numerical control(CNC) system design. As a result it is necessary to adopt appropriate distributive structure and control to weaken the negative effects.This paper establishes basic framework of distributive and intelligent cooperation based on open architecture CNC by introducing seve-(ral) key design schemes of the multi-dimensional and floating hierarchical architecture,the assigning algorithm of independence and intelligence,the united data format of interacting information and the task oriented node dri-(ving) tactics.And an effective technical method is put forward to harmonize high-level integration and (complexity.)
