摘要 工业现场分布式测量系统,可以提高测量柔性和抗干扰能力,实现多点或多参数的智能数据采集和统计处理.文中设计了一种基于串行通讯和数显尺的分布式测量系统,给出了从数显尺到89C2051单片机的实现电路和单片机发送接收程序,并在Windows98下用VisualC++编程语言编写了基于MSComm控件的串口读写程序.系统可接6把数显尺,每个尺的分布长度接近1000m,达到了制造现场的测量要求. The measurement flexibility and capability of anti-disturbance can be improved with a distributed measuring system. The intelligent data sampling and statistical analysis in multi-parameters or multi-spots using the system can also be implemented. A kind of distributed measuring system based on serial port communication theory and electronic micrometer is designed. It presents hardware circuits connecting electronic micrometer to 89C2051 chip computer and receiver & transmitter program in the computer.Based on MSComm control-object, the programs for reading and writing serial port with Visual C++ in Windows 98 system are also given. The system can connect six electronic micrometers. Every connecting length is about 1 000 m. The measurement requirement on manufacturing place is achieved.
