摘要
建立了微型机械端面密封中通过同心缝隙漏气量的计算数学模型,并以微型涡轮发动机为例,通过计算得出了在不同缝隙高度下其端面密封中通过同心缝隙的漏气量与转速的关系曲线,最后导出了由于入口惯性效应所引起的压力损失与缝隙漏气量的计算关系式,分析研究了考虑入口惯性效应后的漏气量与转速变化的规律。
In the seal of mechanical end face,existing circumferential Couette flow and radical Poiseuille flow,its absolute flow is helix flow.Based on it,in this paper,the model of calculation on gas leakage through the homocentric aperture.Microengine is a good example and the correlative curves of gas leakage and rotate with the different height of aperture are drawn.At last,the calculative formula of gas leakage and pressure damage caused by entry domino effect is educed and the correlative curve of gas leakage and rotate speed is protracted.
