摘要
提出用装配基准变动方程组来建立装配公差链模型,通过求解此方程组获得三维装配公差链的分析结果。提出装配基准图定量描述装配体零部件之间的配合及位置关系,并且基于此图自动生成装配公差链;应用蒙特卡罗仿真方法给出了计算实例。
A group of equations of assembly datum variation is proposed to model assembly tolerance chain and tri-dimensional tolerance analysis result is obtained through solving those equations.Assembly datum graph is proposed to describe the mate relations between assembly parts quantitatively.Based on the graph,the assembly tolerance chain is generated automatically.By using Monte Carlo simulation,a computation example is presented.
