摘要 以甲壳素为抗菌剂 ,采用共混法制备了抗菌粘胶纤维 ,研究了共混样品的抗菌性、力学性能及共混组分的相容性。共混样品具有很强的抗菌能力 ,含甲壳素 1 0 %的共混膜对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达99%以上 ;共混纤维的强度随甲壳素含量的增加而有所下降 ;SEM表明 ,共混组分有较好的混合性。 An antibiotic viscose rayon is produced by meas of polybended and using chitin as antibiotic agent.In this paper , the antibiotic and strength properties and the compatibility of the blended component were tested.The study indicated that the blending component has the strong anti-microbial ability, and film with 10% chitin can restrict 99% coliform and golden staphylococcus. The strength of the polyblend fiber decreased with the increase of chitin. With SEM, it showed that chitin could be mixed with cellulose well.
