针刺对颈性眩晕患者椎动脉血流动力学紊乱影响的临床观察

The clinical observation of vertebral artery hemodynamics of patiens with Vertigo treated with acupuncture

通过设西药对照组 ,观察患者TCD测得的椎动脉平均血流速度及血管搏动指数的变化 ,发现针刺风池、天柱、百劳等穴可以缓解肌肉紧张 ,减轻各种因素对交感神经的刺激 ,调整椎动脉的血流速度 ,改善局部的血液循环 ,增加脑供血 ,达到平眩止晕的目的 。

To observe the vertebral artery average flow velocity and vessel impulse exponent,while the controlled group was built.The results showed that acupuncture at Fengchi,Tianzhu,Bailao can relieve the muscle tension,relieve the stimulation of sympathetic nerve,adjust the flow velocity of vertebral artery,ameliorate the blood circulation,increase brain folw,ameliorate the symptom of vertigo,improve the life quality.
