Nursing and Effect of Treatment to Skin Infection in Malnutrition with Houfengsan and Vitamin AD Mixture

目的 探讨双料喉风散浓维生素AD滴剂混合液外涂治疗营养不良并发皮肤感染的疗效。方法 对我科 6 8例营养不良并发皮肤感染患儿随机分为治疗组 34例 (采用喉风散加维生素滴剂外涂治疗 )和对照组 34例 (用 0 .1%依沙吖啶加庆大霉素湿敷治疗 )。结果 治疗组轻度皮肤感染 2 4例 ,平均 3天痊愈 ,重度皮肤感染 10例平均 7.1天痊愈 ,疗效显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 此法小儿易接受、安全、经济实用、方法简便 。

Objective To study the effect of Houfengsan and Vitamin AD mixture on skin infection in malnutrition patients. Methods 68 cases of skin infection in malnutrition patients were randomly divided into the experiment group (n=34) and the control group (n=34). Houfengsan and Vitamin AD mixture was used in the experiment group and 0.1% Rivarol and Gentamycin solution was used in the control group. Results There was significant difference in the effects between the experiment group and the control group (P<0.05). The rate of recovery in the experiment group is higher than the contrast group. Conclusions The result indicated that treatment of skin infection in malnutrition patients with Honfengsan and Vitamin AD mixture is acceptable, safe and convenient.
