不同窥阴器润滑剂临床使用效果的实验研究

目的 研究常用的 4种窥阴器润滑剂的临床使用效果。方法 对 14 0例患者行妇科手术前应用 4种不同润滑剂碘伏、石蜡油、肥皂水、生理盐水进行阴道擦洗 ,比较不同的临床使用效果。结果 生理盐水作为润滑剂的效果不及石蜡油、碘伏及肥皂水 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;石蜡油、碘伏及肥皂水 3种润滑剂效果相当 (P=0 .4 4 2 ) ;碘伏和肥皂水组主诉不适感觉者较石蜡油组多 ;生理盐水组及肥皂水组产生的局部不适者较多 ,碘伏组有个别过敏现象。结论 石蜡油是较好的窥阴器润滑剂 ,尤其适用于老年患者 ;肥皂水、碘伏的润滑效果与石蜡油相似 ,但有各自的不良反应 ;生理盐水做为窥阴器润滑剂效果较差 。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the four common kinds of vaginal speculum emollient. Methods Studying the clinical effect of the four common kinds of vaginal speculum emollient (tamed iodine , paraffin , soapsuds and saline ) in 140 patients who took vaginal scrub before gynecologic surgery. Results Saline as a vaginal speculum emollient is not so good as paraffin, tamed iodine and soapsuds(P<0.001); The emollient effect of paraffin, tamed iodine and soapsuds is similar(P= 0.442). In the tamed iodine group and the soapsuds group, more patients fell discomfort than those in the paraffin group. The saline group and soapsuds group have some focal discomfort. Tamed iodine causes occasional hypersusceptibility. Conclusions Paraffin is a better kind of vaginal speculum emollient , especially for the aged. Though soapsuds and tamed iodine have the similar emollient effect as paraffin, they have their own side effect. Saline isn’t very well as a vaginal speculum emollient while it is suitable to serve the procedure of taking specimen.
