The Application of Molecular Imprinting Technology to Solid Phase Extraction of Drugs in Vivo

摘要 概述分子烙印技术的原理和方法 ,重点综述了该技术在体内药物固相萃取中的应用、存在的问题、改进方法以及研究新进展。由于分子烙印技术最显著的特点是高度选择性 ,因而使之成为体内药物分析的强有力的工具 。 The principle and method of molecular imprinting technology (MIT) were introduced. In focus, it reviewed the application, existing problems and their solution and the new advances of research of molecular imprinting technology to solid phase extraction of drugs in vivo. Because of its most remarkable characteristicis of high selectivity, it becomes one of powerful means applied to analysis of drugs in vivo.
