摘要
描述了超声波铝线邦定过程 ,针对压力信号微弱的特点 ,设计了数据采集系统 ,详细分析了干扰产生的原因 ,从系统的各个部件上采取了抗干扰设计和措施 ,取得了预期的效果 。
This article provides a short description of ultrasonic Al wire bonding process and then according to the characteristics.of weak force signal, decribes a data acquisition system design, thoroughly analyzes the cause to noise disturbing and introduces the designing and ways of anti-jamming from the various components of the system. The system assures real-time monitoring and control for weak force signal during wire bonding at the next stage due to obtaining a expectable effect at last.
