The Design of B60-120R Testing Machine for Ball Bearing's Intensify Life-span

B6 0 12 0R强化寿命试验机是基于杭州轴承试验中心开发的B10 6 0R强化寿命试验机的基础上 ,新开发的针对较大系列滚动轴承 (内径在 6 0～ 12 0mm之间 )的试验机 ,填补了国内的空白。介绍了B6 0 12 0R轴承强化寿命试验机的设计思路与试验方法及失效分析。针对了欧美国家同类型试验机存在的试验头装入试验机难的结构问题 ,设计了新型易装易拆结构。并在振动检测方面与计算机联接 ,做到试验结束后数据自动对比计算、储存。

The B60-120R testing machine for the ball bearing's intensify life-span is developed form the B10-60R testing machine which was designed and produced by the Hangzhou Bearing Testing Center. The new testing machine adapted to the ball bearing with bigger radius. It is the first machine working in this field in china. This article will introduce three aspects of the testing machine for ball bearing's intensify life-span: the design method ,the testing way and the analysis to the ball bearing's damage. We had designed a new structure which make it easy to install or disassemble the bearing ,but it was old problem appeared in the bearing testing machine coming from EUROPE and U.S.A. On the other hand,to survey the vibration of the bearing, the testing machine is connected with a computer which can collect ,store and calculate the data automatically.
