摘要
针对国产引进型300 MW机组普遍存在汽轮机各缸相对内效率低、机组汽耗率高、汽轮机运行真空低、辅机电耗高等问题,以双辽发电厂1、2号机节能综合治理项目为例,对汽轮机本体、辅机及热力系统存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了具体改造方案,实施后获得比较好的效果。
Aimed at some problems usually existing in domestic 300 MW unit, such as low internal efficiency ratio of cylinders, high steam ratio, low vacuum of exhaust ect. Some problems are analyzed about turbine body, auxiliaries and thermal system. Advantage results had got after relative measures were carried on.
