由于锅炉压力容器焊缝表面存在很多的飞溅、锈蚀及污物,严重影响缺陷的检出率。要保证锅炉压力容器的安全运行,就要保证渗透探伤的灵敏度,而渗透探伤的灵敏度决定于探伤工艺。

Because weld surface of boiler and pressure container has a lot of spatter,corrosion and dirt which severity influence detectable rates of defects,in order to keep safe operation of boiler and pressure container,the sensitivity of penetrant testing should be guaranteed.But the sensitivity depends on detection technique.
