细胞毒T淋巴细胞识别的人类肿瘤抗原
Human tumor antigens recognized by cytotoxic T lymphocytes
摘要
在多数肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞或肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞中 ,存在对自体肿瘤细胞有特异性杀伤作用的细胞毒T淋巴细胞 (CTL)。已鉴定出众多可被特异性CTL所识别的抗原 ,一些抗原仅在肿瘤组织中表达 ,另一些是组织分化抗原或由广泛表达的基因点突变所产生。肿瘤抗原中部分人类白细胞抗原 (HLA) Ⅰ类分子限制性CTL表位已被确定 ;
