摘要 肿瘤细胞凋亡调控失调不仅诱发肿瘤形成 ,也对治疗形成抵抗。细胞凋亡信号转导和凋亡抵抗机制的阐明对通过调控细胞凋亡治疗肿瘤具有重要意义。
