胰岛素、IGF及IGFBP与乳腺癌相关性研究
Research advances of the relationship between insulin,IGF,IGFBP and breast cancer
摘要
胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素样生长因子 (IGF)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 (IGFBP) 3的水平升高及IGFBP 1的水平降低可能与乳腺癌发生有关。合理的饮食、规律的体育锻炼 ,可降低肥胖女性胰岛素、IGF及IGFBP 3水平 ,预防乳腺癌发生。药物治疗可以改变胰岛素水平 ,降低IGF Ⅰ生物效应 。
