Two concepts of the agglomeration in Central Plains are presented in this paper,then the meaning of how to divide the agglomeration in Central Plains and how to organize city groups is concerned. In the end, this paper puts forth the active significance and effects of Henan city groups' development in the process of promoting the urbanization. in order to improve Henan vriban architection.
