PW2000泵用阻尼阀结构优化改进

摘要 针对PW2 0 0 0泵用阻尼阀在 10 5MPa高泵端压力下出现的阀芯断裂问题 ,建立了阻尼阀阀芯改进前后的三维有限元力学计算模型 ,使用ANSYS分析软件对静态和高泵端压力下的阀芯应力进行了计算对比。计算结果表明 ,改进后的阀芯应力得到明显改善。在 10 0 0h可靠性考核中 。 In this article , three-dimensional finite element (FE) models of original and improved damp valve’s cores are established for the fracture of PW2000 pump’s damp valve core under the pressure of 105 MPa. The core stresses under static state and high pump end pressure are analysed with the software ANSYS. The results show that the stress of the improved damp valve is lower than that of original one. And for the improved damp valve core the rupture don’t occurs in the 1 000-hour reliability test.
