摘要
通过对卷烟机组使用不同规格平准器卷制的烟支进行试验对比分析,研究了相同条件下烟支内烟丝分布对卷烟密度、吸阻、物理指标、化学指标以及感官质量的影响。结果表明,使用6槽平准器卷制的烟支明显优于3槽平准器卷制的烟支,其烟支内烟丝的密度分布及吸阻分布均较合理,卷烟的内在质量更稳定,烟气中的焦油和一氧化碳量最低。
The influence of shred distribution in tobacco rod on the density, draw resistance, physical index, chemical index and sensory quality of cigarette were studied by comparative test and analysis. The fillers in the tested cigarettes were trimmed by different ecreteur discs while the cigarettes were making. The results showed that the (tobacco) rod trimmed by six-pocket disc was obviously better than that trimmed by three-pocket disc, its density distribution and draw resistance distribution were more reasonable, its smoking quality was more stable, and its (delivery) of tar and CO was the lowest.
