摘要
为利用有益微生物防治烟草某些病害,从7个烤烟品种(云烟85、红大、K326、K346、RG11、G28和NC89)不同生育期的根、茎、叶中分离获得内生细菌1729株,并通过平板对峙培养法筛选出对烟草灰霉病菌、黑胫病菌、赤星病菌和炭疽病菌有较好拮抗活性的菌株61、38、52和55株。结果显示,在各个品种、各个时期及根、茎、叶中均有不同数量拮抗这4种病原菌菌株存在。
In order to control some tobacco diseases with beneficial microorganisms, 1729 endophytic bacterial isolates were obtained from root, stalk, and leaf of seven tobacco varieties (Yunyan85, Hongda, K326, K346, RG11, G28, and NC89) at different growing stages. All the isolates were tested by duel culture for their antagonisms against Botrytis cinerea, Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae,Alternaria alternata, and Collectotrichum nicotianae.The results showed that 61 isolates were antagonistic against Botrytis, 38 isolates against Phytophthora, 52 isolates against Alternaria, and 55 isolates against Collectotrichum.
