摘要
为了正确设置生化分析仪的时间参数 ,作者以实例说明 ,技术人员必须确切了解仪器运行原理、分析流程、光学测定的特点———测光点与时间的关系 ;并将配套试剂盒方法学规定的测定时间正确地转换为仪器分析的时间参数。
To set up correctly the reaction time parameters of biochemical analyzer,the technologists should not only understand the principle of work、cycle analysis and characteristics of photo detection——relationship between time and the point of photo detection,but also convert detection time which is prescribed by the method of an attached kit into time parameters of biochemical analyzer.
