摘要
利用二茂铁的酰化反应原理对合成乙酰基二茂铁的工艺进行了研究,探讨了反应温度、催化剂用量及加料投料方式对合成工艺的影响,确定了适宜放大生产的合成工艺,产率达到85%左右.
The technology of synthesizing acetylferrocene by the react principle of the acetylation of ferrocene was discussed. The influence of the react temperature, the quantity of the catalyst, the charging of reactants on the synthetic technology were investigated. The synthetic technology of the suitable expend product was obtained, producing 85% or so yield.
