摘要
介绍了异氰酸酯(MDI)的生产及其市场情况,综述了MDI的合成方法,通过分析和比较这些合成方法,得出了今后合成MDI的主要方法应是非光气法.并进一步指出在各种非光气法中碳酸二甲酯是合成MDI的主要研究方法;同时指出,开发液态或改性的MDI是生产MDI很好的方向.
The production and market demand of isocyanate MDI are introduced in this paper as well as its synthesizing methods. On the basic of analysis and comparison, the non-phosgenation process is the main way to synthesizing MDI in the future, especially alkyl carbonate process. And developing liquid MDI or modified MDI is a good direction of MDI research in this paper.
