摘要
利用有限元法分析曲柄臂厚度对曲轴过渡圆角处应力的减缓作用,分别模拟计算出三种不同结构的曲轴在相同工况下的应力情况.通过对计算结果的分析,得出在结构上改善曲轴过渡圆角处应力集中时,增加曲柄臂厚度与增加轴颈直径是较有效的方法,为某增压发动机曲轴的结构设计提供了理论依据.
By means of FEM(Finite Element Method), this paper analyzed the relief influence on the thickness of engine cranks web at rounded stress, and solved the stresses distribution of three different structural crankshafts under the same condition. Through analyzing the result, we can draw a conclusion that it is an effective way to increase the thickness of crank web than to increase the shaft diameter by the way which improves the rounded stress of the crankshaft from structural. The result provides the theory for an engine crankshaft design.
