摘要
为提高高频功率变换器功率密度和实现电力电子系统集成 ,减小磁元件的体积是关键。平面磁技术是近年来研究的热点。本文重点介绍近年来平面磁技术的发展概况 ,包括平面电感、平面变压器。
To increase power density of power supplies and realize power electronics system integration, reducing the volume of magnetic component is of great significance. Planar magnetic technology has been the subject of intensive research in recent years. Planar magnetic technology, including planar inductor, planar transformer and integration of magnetic component and capacitor, is reviewed.
