摘要
从熔覆层表面形貌和稀释率两个评判依据出发 ,简要阐述了影响激光熔覆层品质的主要因素 :激光功率、光斑形状和尺寸、基体材料、涂层材料和搭接率 ,并由此提出了相应的改善措施 。
Based on the surface appearance of cladding layer and its dilution rate, the article briefly demonstrates the main factors affecting the quality of cladding layer: laser power, the shape and the size of laser beam, matrix material ,coating material and overlapping rate. It also put forward the corresponding measures to improve the quality of cladding layer.
