HPLC法测定清热消炎合剂中黄芩苷含量

Determination of baicalin in Qingrexiaoyan mixture by HPLC

目的 建立清热消炎合剂中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法 应用HPLC法,采用Hypersil ODS2 C18(5μm,200 mm×4.6 mm)柱;流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(50:50:0.3);流速为1.2 mL·min-1;检测波长为278 nm。结果 峰面积对浓度的回归方程为A=18 673.52 C-27 257.07,r=0.999 6(n=6),黄芩苷浓度在1.5～48.0 μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.06％(n=6),RSD=0.69％。结论 该方法简便可行,准确可靠。

OBJECTIVE To establish the determination method for baicalin in Qingre Xiaoyan mixture.
