CT引导下椎体穿刺活检术在诊断脊柱疾患中的应用

目的 阐明CT引导下椎体穿刺活检术是脊柱疾患取得病理诊断的最有效的方法之一。方法 对临床不能明确诊断的 5 6例脊柱疾患患者行CT引导下椎体穿刺活检术。结果 5 6例患者均成功穿刺取材 ,穿刺活检的阳性率为 89% ,脊柱肿瘤检出率为 5 7%。其中 10例脊柱肿瘤患者行手术治疗 ,术前、术后病理诊断符合率10 0 %。结论 CT引导下椎体穿刺活检术是一种可靠、微创的活检方法 ,是脊柱疾患取得病理诊断的最有效的方法之一 。

Objective To evaluate CT guided percutaneous biopsy is one of the most effective method that we gain the Pathological diagnosis of spinal pathologic change.Methods Total 56 cases inpatient who had spinal pathologic change had completed CT guided percutaneous biopsy.Result 56 patients were gained pathologic tissue successful , The over all positive rate of CT guided percutaneous needle puncture was 89%, while in 57% cases the spinal tumour been diagnosed based on biopsy . 10 patients of these cases accepted surgical operation , in preoperation and postoperation,the pathologic diagnostic coincidence rate is 100%.Conclusion Accompanied by other examinations,CT- guided percutaneous biopsy is an trusty, valuable and mini-invasive method in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal disease.
