儿科感染致病菌96株耐药结果分析

摘要 目的 了解儿科感染主要致病菌及对抗生素的耐药现状。方法 将 2 0 0 2年 1月 - 2 0 0 3年 12月临床标本中分离的致病菌和药敏试验结果进行汇总、分析。结果 共收集儿科感染致病菌 96例 ,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、志贺菌属和阴沟肠杆菌是主要菌种。 6 7%葡萄球菌对甲氧西林耐药 ,对万古霉素敏感。各种革兰氏阴性杆菌对氨苄西林耐药率在 73% - 10 0 % ,对亚胺培南耐药率最低 (<10 % )。结论 应重视开展儿科抗感染治疗中耐药性的监测 。
