AO通用脊柱内固定和经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎不稳定骨折24例临床体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨AO通用脊柱内固定和经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎不稳定骨折的方法和效果。方法 对2 4例经AO通用脊柱内固定和经椎弓根植骨治疗新鲜胸腰椎骨折病人的临床和影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果 随访 2 4例 ,时间 12 - 36个月 ,平均 2 2 .3个月 ,术后椎体高度基本恢复正常 ,术后后突角度基本纠正。结论此种术式重建了椎体高度 ,对胸腰椎不稳定骨折起到良好的复位 ,增加了脊柱的稳定性 。
