摘要
传统的系统需求分析方法有数据流图法等,但对于基于工作流的系统如办公自动化系统并不适合,笔者运用工作流图法,以系统中流转的文书为主线,对办公自动化系统进行需求分析,明确了系统需求,接着给出了系统的功能模块设计,最后应用于忻州地区的税务稽查系统的OA模块设计中,开发出相关的应用软件,为办公自动化系统提供了一种新的实施方法。
Traditional requirement analysis methods such as data-flow chart are no longer effective for office automation(OA) system.A new requirement analysis method based on document-flow was proposed,which was proved to be effective for OA system.Then the module design of the system function was carried out.The method was applied to the construction of the Xingzhou tax audit OA system,which shown a new approach for OA system.
