YSZ涂覆碳纤维/环氧复合材料性能的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用溶胶 -凝胶法在碳纤维的表面涂覆了一层钇稳定氧化锆 (YSZ)涂层 ,并研究了用其制备的碳纤维 /环氧复合材料的性能。结果表明 :涂层中粒子的粒经约为 10nm ,YSZ涂覆后复合材料的层间剪切强度 (ILSS)、拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别提高了 5 2 0 %、 6 5 %和 6 3 % ;YSZ涂覆后的碳纤维与环氧树脂基体的结合更加紧密 ,且在碳纤维表面形成的YSZ涂层在 45 0~ 70 0℃能有效地减缓碳纤维 The yittra stabilized zirconia (YSZ) coatings on the surface of carbon fiber was prepared by sol-gel method, and the property of the YSZ-coated carbon fiber/epoxy composite was studied.The result showed the particle diameter of the coatings was about 10 nm, the interlaminar shear strength (ILSS), stretching strength and bending strength of the YSZ-coated carbon fiber/epoxy composite were increased by 52.0%, 6.5% and 6.3% respectively.The analysis of SEM indicated that the combination of YSZ-coated CF with epoxy resin was more tightly than uncoated CF.The weight lossing rates on heating of the coated composites were obviously decreased at 450℃ ~ 700℃.
