摘要
将经二氨基二苯醚扩链后的双马来酰亚胺 (BMDE)与不饱和聚酯 (UP)进行共聚 ,对共聚物的力学性能、玻璃化转变温度、热性能以及微观结构进行了分析。结果表明 :BMDE与UP树脂具有良好的相容性 ,共聚物固化后生成均相的网络结构 ;BMDE的引入可有效地提高UP的热分解温度和玻璃化转变温度 。
The copolymerization of unsaturated polyester (UP) with BMDE, the chain extended product of bismaleimide with 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether, was made.The mechanical properties, glass transition temperature, thermal decomposition temperature and microstructure of the copolymer were analyzed.The results showed BMDE had good compatibility with UP, and a crosslinking networks was formed between BMDE and UP after the curing of the copolymer.The addition of BMDE not only improved the thermal decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature but also made little change in the mechanical properties of the composite.
