摘要 变极性电源是一种用于铝合金焊接的新型焊接电源,其焊接电流频率和正负半波电流幅值、时间比可以分别独立调节。输出电流过零极快,因此电弧稳定性得到大大改善。在保证阴极清理作用的前提下,可以最大限度地减少钨极的烧损。目前主要应用于TIG焊和PAW焊中,和焊接铝及铝合金。随着电弧信息测控技术的不断进步,将加深对变极性焊接过程的认识,促进变极性焊接电源的发展和应用。 The variable polarity welding power source is a kind of new welding power source used in aluminum alloy. Its current frequency,positive and negative current time and amplitude value are all adjusted respectively and independently.The frequency of the output current across zero is so fast that the stability of arc is well improved.Under the premises to meet the need of cathode cleaning,it can reduce deterioratqon of tungsten electrode furthest.At present,it is used mostly to weld aluminum and aluminum alloys in TIG and PAW.With the development of welding arc information test and control,the acquaintance of variable polarity welding process will be improved,which will also accelerate the development and application of the variable polarity welding power source.
