摘要
焊接机器人的自动行走是由焊缝的位置决定的 ,焊缝识别是焊接自动化的关键问题之一 ,因此从焊缝图像中提取直线具有重要意义。本文将相位编组法运用到焊缝图像识别上 ,并根据焊缝识别的特点对该算法提出了改进方案 ,取得了较好的效果。
The place of welding seam decide how the welding robot moves, and the identification of welding seam is one of the important researching problems of welding automatization.So extracting straight line from welding seam image is very useful.In this paper,we apply the phasebased classification to the identification welding line, and the result is satisfied.
