摘要
保持柴油机工作性能不仅是技术方面的问题,而且涉及到社会和环保。但现在企业在维修燃油供给系统故障时,不能有效、准确进行诊断。为此,本研究对磨损程度不同的柱塞偶件进行测试所得的数据进行分析,探讨柱塞偶件的磨损间隙对供油量、泵端压力和嘴端压力的影响,提出供油量、转速及喷油压力在一定的条件下符合对数关系,给维修企业提供指导。
Keeping the property of a diesel engine is not only a problem of technology but also a problem having something to do with society and environment protecting, but some engine repairing companies can not diagnoses effectively and correctly when they repair the engine fuel system. Through the analysis of data obtained from the plunger couples with different wear measuring, the effects of wear on the fuel delivery rate, the pressure of pump and pressure of nozzle are studied. In order to supply a guide for engine repairing company, the logarithm relationship between the fuel delivery rate, rotation speed and fuel injecting pressure in certain conditions is proposed.
