摘要
本文首先介绍了基于有限元疲劳寿命的理论基础和分析方法 ,然后建立锥柱结合壳有限元分析模型 ,经计算 ,疲劳寿命结果与试验数据相符 ,而局部应力 应变法估算的疲劳寿命误差较大。本文最后得出用有限元方法估算疲劳寿命不但可靠度高 ,而且可以方便地修改计算参数 ,进行结构优化 ,提高了计算的准确性和运算效率 ,极大程度地降低了人工费用。
In this paper,a finite element model of a pressure hull jointed with a cone and a cylinder is established based on the fatigue life prediction theory.Numerical simulation results show that the fatigue life predicted in the proposed method is corresponding to experimental data,while the fatigue life estimated in a local stress strain method has relatively great errors to the experimental data.Based on the above,it can be concluded that to predict fatigue life in finite element method is in good confidence and is convenient to revise structure parameters to optimized ones.In this method,calculation accuracy and afficiency can be improved,labor expenses can be reduced to a great extent.
